About Joe Laskowski, Founder/CEO
Having been born and raised in New Jersey, I have benefited my whole life from the "street smarts" I acquired from the East Coast Culture. I was taught from a very young age how to contribute to the family business and a strong work ethic was mandatory. I have been able to successfully deploy my intuition and strong work ethic throughout my 30+ year career. Failure is not part of my vocabulary.
Growing up, I always wanted to move west and found myself in Las Vegas to attend college in 1988. I enjoy visiting the East but my heart remains in this part of the country. I currently reside in Chandler, AZ with my beautiful wife, my boy/girl twin teenagers and my furry sidekick, Brooklyn. I have always believed in "work hard, play hard" and our travel hobby allows us to do just that. I enjoy the research and planning almost as much as the trip. In recent years I have had the good fortune to visit Iceland, Dubai, Italy and more. The list of places I want to see should keep me busy for the next 30 years!
As a business professional, I pride myself on direct clear communication and the ability to check the emotions at the door. People are very important to me but success often comes with difficult decisions. Sometimes these decisions may have a direct impact on one or more people in your organization. You can expect clear and candid recommendations as well as a roadmap to make the suggested changes. I live by the mantra that our people are our greatest assets.
My career has afforded me the opportunity to acquire a vast amount of diverse experience and assemble a talented team with the same. Whether you are looking to build/grow a sales infrastructure, improve operational efficiencies or have another set of eyes look under the hood, rest assured, I have successfully navigated all of them and heavily rely on my real world experiences to help my clients succeed.
